Gopal Singh posted as PCEE (Construction), NWR

Gopal Singh – who is presently posted on North Western Railway (NWR) – has been appointed in higher administrative grade (HAG) and posted as Principal Chief Electrical Engineer (Construction) on the Railway itself. He is an Indian Railway Service of Electrical Engineers (IRSEE) officer.
