Govt abolishes J&K cadre
The central government has finally abolished Jammu and Kashmir cadre pertaining to IAS, IPS and IFS and it has been officially merged with AGMUT (Arunachal Pradesh Goa and Mizoram Union Territories) according to a provision contained in the J&K Reorganisation Act, 2019.
