Govt agencies' internet, a big problem

Government agencies- BSNL and NIC are providing internet services to the maximum government departments, but almost all departments are facing frequent net outages. Post Offices, PSU banks are the most affected organisations. Even in Delhi, post offices and banks are facing intermittent outages. In the rural and remote areas, the situation is worse. Despite many complaints, the DoT is not providing a satisfactory remedy to its customers.
