Govt is looking HR firm to find ‘Karmayogies’

The NDA govt is looking for a HR firm who can find and train a real ‘Karmayogi’. The firm should present a FRAC- framework of roles and competencies- for the central govt with a focus on modeling fit for future civil servants that can deliver to larger social and economic mandates. Experts see it like this that if Karmyogies are recruited then there will not be a bureaucrat.  The services of  Karmayogies will be utilized in infra and financial departments.
