Govt officials in Kerala never retire ?

Kerala has a heaven for retired govt staff, whether officer or employee. If they do not have any serious charges, they will be rehabilitated after retirement. According to sources, more than 90 per cent govt babus got post retirement job. That's why in Kerala a local saying is - sarkari bubu never retires. K M Chandrasekhar, Former Cab Sec is Vice Chairman , Planning Commission , Kerala, K Jaikumar, ex-CS is now Chairman, Institute of Management & Governance (IMG), Nalini Netto, retd CS is Advisor to CM, Raman Srivastava, IPS & retd DG, BSF is holding the post of Advisor Security to CM.KBV Kumar, also holding an Advisor's post. Most of them retired long back. Both UDF and LDF govts obliged retired officers and employees after retirement. Young bureaucrats are said to be sore over their ex- boss's such attitude.
