Govt & Railway responsible for empty trains

Despite summer vacations, trains are running empty on all routes. Even Mumbai, Kolkata, Patna, Gorakhpur, Bangalore and toward south are not running to its capacity. Experts blame the Government’s SoP and Railways withdrawal of all types of concession in rail fare. Families have to pay full fare of children and senior citizens because their concessions have been stopped. Railway is not providing bed rolls in AC classes but charging full fare. Secondly, SoP says traveller has to observe a quarantine period after reaching the destination. Mostly people go for 3-5 days and the quarantine period is a killer.  Even relatives are avoiding attending marriage because of guests' limits.
