Gujarat govt promotes five IAS officers to PS rank

Five IAS officers of the 1996 batch have been promoted to the rank of Principal Secretary by the Gujarat government. Those promoted include Dr T Natarajan, Senior Advisor to ED, International Monetary Fund, Washington, USA; Mona Khandhar, Minister (Economic & Commerce), Embassy of India, Tokyo, Japan; Rajeev Topno, Senior Advisor to ED, World Bank, Washington; Mamta Verma, Secretary, Tourism, Devasthanam Management, Civil Aviation & Pilgrimage, Gujarat and Mukesh Kumar, Municipal Commissioner, Ahmedabad.
