H S Meena granted proforma promotion to CS grade

Hukum Singh Meena, currently posted as Additional Secretary, Water Resources Department, GoI, on deputation has been granted proforma promotion to the Chief Secretary grade. He is a 1992 batch IAS officer of Bihar cadre.
