Harsimran Singh gets charge of CVO, NALCO

Harsimran Singh, CVO, Hindustan Cooper Limited (HCL), Kolkata, has been assigned an additional charge of CVO, National Aluminium Company Limited (NALCO), Bhubaneswar for a period of three months. He is a 2001 batch IRSE-Civil officer.
