Haryana cadre officers unlikely to go back to cadre

Sources said that this time, when Haryana is looking for a new CS, chances of anybody going from the Centre are bleak. Presently four Haryana cadre IAS officers are posted as Secretary in the Government of India. They are: Ms Deepti Umashankar, Secretary to the President, Anil Malik, Secretary, WCD, V. Umashankar, Secretary, Highway & Transport and Abhilash Likhi, Secretary, Fisheries.
