Haryana Govt assigns new postings to 10 IAS officers

The Haryana Government has assigned new postings to  10 IAS officers. Accordingly, Rajiv Rattan has been posted as Special Secretary, Home Department, Rajnarayan Kaushik had been posted as Special Secretary, Irrigation Department, Vijay Kumar Sidappa Bhavikatti had been appointed as Director Development apart from his present charge as Director, Development & Panchayat, Vivek Joshi had been appointed as CEO, Gurugram Metropolitan Development Authority, V Umashankar had been appointed as Additional Principal Secretary to Chief Minister of Haryana, Deepti Umachankar had been appointed as Commissioner, Ambala Division, Rakesh Gupta had been appointed as Project Director, Chief Minister’s Good Governance Associates Programme,Vijay Singh Dahiya had been appointed as Secretary to Governor of Haryana and Praveen Kumar had been appointed as Director General, Welfare of Scheduled Castes & Backward Classes.
