Haryana IAS officer declines tea invitation of IAS Officers’ Assn

An IAS officer of Haryana cadre, Pradeep Kasni, who faced an abysmal ignorance apart from 70 transfers and new postings in 34 years of his service, has reportedly declined an invitation of IAS Officers Association as farewell tea party upon his retirement on February 28, 2018. The officer is believed to be planning to write a book sharing all sordid experiences of 34 years. Kasni, who joined Haryana Civil Services in 1984, was awarded Indian Administrative Service (IAS) cadre in 1997.
