Haryana IPS officer Puran Kumar dies by suicide
A senior IPS officer, Y Puran Kumar reportedly committed suicide by shooting himself at his official residence in Chandigarh. Kumar, who belongs to a 2001 batch of Haryana cadre, was serving at ADG level.
