Has PIB Feature service stopped ?

PIB, the GoI’s official news agency,  has not  released a single feature in November. According to its website the last feature was released on October 31, 2017. The agency used to give features about govt's  various programmes .schemes and current subjects, but in November not a single feature was released. Only PIB can throw the light who is behind such major decision? .
