Haulianlal Guite relieved to join Manipur cadre on ICD

The Government of Rajasthan has relieved Haulianlal Guite of cadre responsibility to join Manipur cadre on Inter Cadre Deputation (ICD) for a period of three years. He is a 2011 batch IAS officer of Rajasthan cadre.
