Himachal transformational cadre proposal

Himachal Pradesh CHief Minister Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu said the state proposes to reduce sanctioned IAS posts from 153 to 130 and IFoS posts from 118 to 83, with IPS posts also to be reduced; the proposal is to go to the Centre.
