Himanshu Gunawat appointed as Deputy Secretary, MSDE

Himanshu Gunawat, Deputy Development Commissioner (DDC), who is presently on deputation to Kandla Special Economic Zone (SEZ), Gandhidham, has been deputed as Deputy Secretary in the Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship (MSDE), New Delhi, for a period up to December 11, 2026. He is an Indian Railway Service of Mechanical Engineers (IRSME) officer.
