History of Justice Qureshi repeated in J & K HC

The Ministry of Justice  is believed to have returned the Supreme Court collegium’s recommendation to appoint advocate Moksha Khajuria-Kazmi as judge of the Jammu and Kashmir High  Court for reconsideration. It may be recalled that the Supreme Court collegium’s recommendation to appoint Justice Qureshi as the Chief Justice of the Madhya Pradesh high court had to be recalled in 2019 because the Centre opposed it.
