Hublal Jagan given post-facto deputation with NRTI

Hublal Jagan, formerly Professor (Personnel Management), National Academy of Indian Railways (NAIR), has been given post-facto sanction for deputation with National Rail and Transportation Institute (NRTI) as Deputy Comptroller (Human Resources).with effect from August 21, 2019, for a period of three years. He is an Indian Railway Personnel Service (IRPS) officer.
