That is the commitment Ministry of Housing & Urban Affairs Officials have for the “New India” call, given by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, a HUDCO press release informed. For World Habitat Day, HUDCO conducted painting competition in which 129 children from 13 NGOs participated, and the best 12 painters were given monetary prizes, through digital payments. Also, three HUDCO publications, including SHELTER were released by HUA Minister, Hardeep S Puri. Participation of 27 ITEC (India Technical Economic Cooperation) Trainees from 23 countries is a highlight of WHD 2018.
