HURL signs MoU with Human Upliftment Mission UPDATED

HURL has signed an MoU with Human Upliftment Mission at HURL Head Office, New Delhi, in the presence of Dr. S. P. Mohanty, Managing Director, HURL, for the installation of 13 LED High Mast Lights in the Pathardeva Assembly Constituency, Deoria, Uttar Pradesh.

The initiative will strengthen public and road safety across critical rural intersections, market hubs and community gathering areas in Pathardeva, Desahi Deoria, Baitalpur, Tarkulwa and Gauribazar Blocks.

With energy-efficient, high-mast LED lighting infrastructure, the project aims to create better-lit public spaces, enhance security, support local economic activity and strengthen rural infrastructure.

For HURL, development is not only about building infrastructure, it is about creating safer spaces, enabling communities and making everyday life better.
