IAS directorial debut film is going to Cannes Festival

Its a big applause and honour to a Civil Servant. Prashant Nair, a 2007 batch Kerala cadre IAS officer has a neck in Cinemas also. His directorial debut Malayalee film Daivkanam will be premiere at the Cannes Film Festival this year.
