IAS officer exonerated

MHA has exonerated Gopal Krishna Dwivedi, a 1993 batch AP cadre IAS officer, in a 2016 case in which he was charged with renewing the FCRA licence of Zakir Naik. He was charged with secondary supervisory level lapse. He was JS, Foreigners' Division in MHA.
