IAS officer working in both govt & pvt sector

For the first time an IAS officer is functioning both as Finance Secretary( Infrastructure) to Kerala govt  and as an Independent Director of Kerala's biggest private NBFC Muthoot Capital. According to sources, Dr Abraham will get contractual amount from the govt and simultaneously be a remunerated Director in pvt company dealing in finance.  It is said that this unique Kerala model is being appreciated by many industrial leader.
