IAS officers get additional charges in Himachal Pradesh

As many as nine IAS officers have been given additional charges in Himachal Pradesh. Accordingly, Prabodh Saxena has been assigned the charge of Principal Secretary, Personnel, Town & Country Planning and Housing, Training & FA while Dr Ajay Sharma was given additional charges Director, Personnel, HP State Electricity Board and Director, Energy and Balbir Chand Badalia was made Registrar, Cooperative Societies. Similarly, Rajeev Sharma has been appointed as Excise & Taxation Commissioner; Rakesh Kanwar gets additional charge of Director, Tourism & Civil Aviation; Hans Raj Chauhan as Director, Department of Empowerment of SCs, OBCs and Minorities and Specially Abled Himachal Pradesh as well as Member Secretary, HP State Commission for Protection of Child Rights; Dr Naresh Kumar Lath as Director, Health Safety & Regulation, Himachal Pradesh; Ms Manasi Sahay Thakur as MD, HP State Cooperative Bank Ltd and Sudesh Kumar Mokhta was made MD, HPMC, Shimla.
