R Vineel Krishna has been made Special Secretary to the Chief Minister and handed over additional charge of Special Secretary, Sports and Youth Services, while Balwant Singh was appointed MD, Odisha Mining Corporation and Odisha Mineral Exploration Corporation. Similarly, Samarth Verma has been posted as DM, Puri; Amrit Ruturaj as DM, Kendrapara; Parul Patwari as Deputy Secretary, PWD and Mohammad Sadiq Aalam joins as ED, Centre for Modernising Government Initiative, Bhubaneswar with additional charge of Director, Industries.
