IAS officers in Pondicherry angry

All IAS officers in Pondicherry  have given in writing that they don’t want to handle any major department .Development Commissioner  has proceeded on leave after surrendering education  and health  department.All other officers  are scared to handle sensitive department after LG Kiran Bedi  brought in CBI  to fix officers  in her ongoing  fight with CM. One Secretary Desai  has taken VRS and another Secretary  Rao went away  to Andhra Pradesh on deputation.A third officer shifted from Delhito Pondicherry  has got a stay from Court.Meanwhile, officers have stoppes taking decisions on file and playing safe.
