IAS officers re-shuffled in W Bengal

Abhinav Chandra has been posted as Secretary in PHE Department with additional charge of Project Director, ADB Project under PHE Department, while Ghulam Ali Ansari was appointed Commissioner, Malda Division and Dr P B Salim, CMD, WBPDCL, was handed over additional charge of Secretary, Minority Affairs and Madrasah Education Department and Chairman, West Bengal Madrasah Service Commission. Besides, the order to post Dr Vijay Bharti, District Magistrate, Birbhum as Commissioner, Burdwan Division, has been cancelled.
