Similarly, Lokesh Kumar Singh will take charge as Secretary, Tourism; Kundan Kumar is relieved of addl charges of Resident Commissioner, Bihar Bhavan, New Delhi and Investment Commissioner, Mumbai; Kumar Ravi was shifted as Secretary, Health; Sanjay Kumar Singh as Secretary, Finance; Pranav Kumar as Secretary, Building Construction and Manoj Kumar Singh joins as Resident Commissioner, Bihar Bhavan, New Delhi.
