ICD of Basharat Qayoom extended

Inter cadre deputation of Basharat Qayoom, from Jharkhand cadre to AGMUT cadre (UT of J&K), has been extended for a period of one year beyond February 23, 2026 in relaxation of extant policy. He is a 2016 batch IAS officer of Jharkhand cadre.
