IDFC FIRST Bank elevates Pankaj Singh as Chief Human Resources Officer

IDFC FIRST Bank has elevated Pankaj Singh as CHRO. His appointment comes as Adrian Andrade, the bank’s outgoing CHRO, moves into a strategic role reporting to the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer ahead of his superannuation. Prior to his elevation, Singh played a key role in strengthening talent and organisational capabilities within the bank.
