In 45 days, 5 persons awarded death sentence in Madhya Pradesh

DG (Prosecution), Madhya Pradesh, Rajendra Kumar has said that in 45 days, 5 persons have been awarded death sentence for raping and killing minors in MP. He said that the State Government have already passed the bill on Enforcement of Capital Punishment for immoral activities like rape of girls below age 12 and the bill passed by the Lok Sabha is one step ahead in executing capital punishment .The bill is now pending for passage in the Rajya Sabha and the President of India will approve the bill before it becomes a law.
