In a first of its kind, a Mgt Dev Program on Labour Laws is being held in SECL

Workshop being conducted by Dr. Pramod Kumar Padhi, renowned professor and labour laws expert from Xavier Labour Relations Institute (XLRI), Jamshedpur with special emphasis on upcoming labour codes

With the aim of capacity building in the area of Human Resource Management in SECL, a 6-day management development program on Labour Laws was inaugurated today on International HR Day i.e. today, 20th May 2024 at the Management Development Institute (MDI) located at SECL Indira Vihar, Bilaspur. This workshop is being conducted by Dr. Pramod Kumar Padhi, a renowned professor and labour laws expert from Xavier Labour Relations Institute (XLRI), Jamshedpur. The program was inaugurated by CMD Dr. Prem Sagar Mishra in the presence of Director (Personnel) Biranchi Das, XLRI Faculty Dr. Pramod Kumar Padhi and other officials.

Director (Personnel)  Biranchi Das said that it is very important for HR officers to have the right knowledge of the laws and provisions related to labour and industrial relations and to know which rules should be applied in which situations. I believe that this workshop will enhance your knowledge of labour laws and prepare you for future challenges.
