In J&K, two Secretariats becomes a reality

The Union Territory J&K has been divided into two Secretariats. According to official orders, Srinagar Secretariat will have 19 departments while 18 departments to work from Jammu. Srinagar Secretariat will have GAD, Finance, Higher & School  Education, Culture, Tourism, Labour, Employment and others while Jammu Secretariat deals with Home, Health & Medical Education, Forest, Election,Revenue, Rural Development, Power, Disaster Management,Planning and others. Agriculture Productions and Science & Technology will work from both Secretariats.
