In MEA, 3 Secretaries are from same batch

In the Ministry of External Affairs ( MEA) three Secretaries belong to same batch.  Preeti Saran, Secretary (East),Amar Sinha, Secretary(ER) and Ruchi Ghanshyam, Secretary(West). All three Secretaries belong to 1982 batch IFS officers.
