In Uttar Pradesh, 1681 Judicial Officers posts are vacant. According to information, in Excluding non- functional courts, the state wants 160 Higher Judicial Service officers, 162 Civil Judges (Senior Division) and 141 Civil Judge(Junior Division). But situation is not good in Including non-sanctioned courts. In these courts vacant position is 1218. Among these 395 in HJC, 265 in CJ(SD) and 558 in CJ(JD).
