Incorporate revised norms for promotions: DoPT

The DoPT has asked the ministries and departments to incorporate the revised norms prescribing minimum eligibility service required for promotion, as per 7th CPC pay matrix and level, in the recruitment/service rules by making suitable amendments in the said rules. Office Memo dated Sept 20, 2022 says that before adopting the such procedure, follow the due procedure.
