Independent dirs. in listed banks can\'t be in more than 7 listed firms from 2020

Many of the listed private and public sector banks will have to look into how many companies or banks their independent directors represent soon as per SEBI directive in which a person cannot hold independent directorship position in more than seven listed firms from 2020.
