India-Germany Strategic Partnership Enhancements

During German Chancellor Friedrich Merz’s visit to Delhi, over 25 agreements were signed, including defence (German submarines for India), green hydrogen cooperation, manufacturing, skilled workforce mobility, and a Work Plan for India-Germany Digital Dialogue (2025–2027). This includes a new Track 1.5 Foreign Policy and Security Dialogue and a Bilateral Dialogue on Indo-Pacific.
