Indo-Niger friendship project completed by NBCC in Niger inaugurated

Nigerian President, Mahamadou Issoufou and External Affairs Minister, Government of India Dr S Jaishankar jointly inaugurated Mahatma Gandhi International Convention Centre (MGICC) in Niamey, Niger on January 21, 2020. The landmark project has been completed in a short span of 14 months by NBCC, a Navratra CPSE under Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs (MoHUA) and is the first established Mahatma Gandhi International Convention Centre in Africa. Rajendra Chaudhari, Director (Commercial) NBCC was also present at the inauguration event.
