IPS Anand Jain promoted to ADGP rank in J&K

IG, Jammu and Kashmir Anand Jain has been promoted to ADGP rank. Director General of Police J&K, RR Swain decorated the newly promoted IPS officer in a piping ceremony. Jain has served as SDPO Ganderbal, SP East Srinagar, I/C SP Baramulla, SSP Baramulla, AIG (prov/Tpt.) PHQ, SSP Reasi, SSP Rajouri, SSP Jammu, SSP Baramulla, IGP PHQ, and Director Anti Corruption Bureau J&K. The officer is presently posted as IGP Jammu.
