IPS capability building: AI/ChatGPT courses now linked to appraisal

MHA has selected 24 iGOT Karmayogi courses for IPS officers—six each for four service-tenure categories. Topics include emerging technology, evidence-based policymaking, cybersecurity, storytelling and ChatGPT/generative AI; completion is to feed into APAR assessment.
