Special Judge, CBI cases, Ranchi has convicted Hemchand, the then Executive Director (Vigilance), CCL, Ranchi and sentenced him to undergo three years Rigorous Imprisonment with fine of Rs 10,000 in a bribery case. He is an IPS officer.
