IPS officers get new assignments in Kerala

Several IPS officers have been promoted and given new assignments in Kerala. Balram Kumar Upadhyay and Mahipal Yadav have been promoted to the rank of Additional Director General of Police (ADGP). Harshita Attaluri has been posted as Intelligence IG, while P Prakash will take charge as South Zone IG with additional charge of Managing Director, Kerala Police Housing & Construction Corporation. Besides, G Sparjan Kumar has been posted as the Commissioner of Police, Thiruvananthapuram City; A V George was appointed as Commissioner of Police, Kozhikode City; Anup Kuruvilla John will be posted as IG, Traffic & Road Safety Management with the additional charge of Anti Terrorist Squad; R Nishathini has been promoted to Deputy IG, Thiruvananthapuram Range and Kori Sanjay Kumar Gurudin has been appoined as Deputy IG, Armed Police Battalions.
