IRMS issue to be final call of PM Modi; proposal still under discussion

Whispers has it that proposal of merger of various Railway services into Indian Railway Management Service (IRMS) has reached PMO for a discussion. The matter is still under discussion pending final go ahead by Prime Minister Narendra Modi if he approves the proposal.
