IRPS officer appointed as Municipal Commissioner, Panchkula, Haryana

Vinay Kumar has been appointed as Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Panchkula and given additional charge of District Municipal Commissioner, Panchkula and OSC, Haryana Staff Selection Commission. He is a 2015 batch Indian Railway Personnel Service (IRPS) officer.
