IRPS officer Prabhat appointed Additional Secretary, MIB

Prabhat, who is presently serving as Principal Chief Personnel Officer (PCPO), West Central Railway (WCR), has been appointed as Additional Secretary in the Ministry of Information & Broadcasting (MIB) for a tenure of four years. He is an Indian Railway Personnel Service (IRPS) officer.
