IRPS Probationer requests President for changing service after merger into IRMS

An Indian Railway Personnel Service (IRPS) Probationer, Rajeev Ranjan has written letter to the President of India requesting to change his service allocation and allot him a non-railway service, due to mental stress after merger of the service into Indian Railway Management Services (IRMS).
