IRS officer to join DARPG as DS

P Bhaskar Deverakonda has been appointed as Deputy Secretary, Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances (DAPRG) on a deputation basis for a period of four years under the Central Staffing Scheme. He is a 2012 batch IRS(C&IT) officer.
