IRS officer to join Digital Media in I&B Ministry

Ms. Arpitha S will join as Deputy Secretary, Digital Media under Ministry of Information & Broadcasting under the Central Staffing Scheme for a period of four years. She is a 2015 batch IRS (C&IT) officer.
